Artificial intelligence is increasingly influencing the way organisations manage people, processes, and workplace decisions. To support professionals in understanding these developments, the Management Development Programs and Corporate Training Department of Alliance University conducted a workshop on AI for HRM.

The program focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR analytics, and ethical decision-making. Through expert-led sessions, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities, participants explored how AI tools can support more informed and efficient human resource practices.
