The Office of Career Advancement and Networking (CAN), Alliance University, organized a Mock Group Discussion and Personal Interview session for the MBA 2025–27 batch. The initiative provided students with an opportunity to experience the structure, expectations, and professional standards of real-world recruitment processes.
The session recreated key stages of campus placements through group discussions and personal interviews. It enabled students to assess their preparedness, present their ideas with clarity, respond to questions with confidence, and understand the qualities employers consider while evaluating management graduates.
Professionals from organizations including Google, Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, and other corporates participated in the session. They shared relevant industry insights and offered constructive feedback to help students strengthen their communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interview skills.
The interaction also helped participants understand current workplace expectations and identify areas that required further improvement. The practical feedback provided by the panel members gave students useful direction as they continued preparing for placement opportunities.
Alliance University appreciates the contribution of the guest professionals, team members, and participating students who made the initiative a meaningful learning experience. The session reflected the University’s continued focus on preparing future business leaders with the confidence, knowledge, and professional skills required for their career journeys.
