Placements 2021

Every year, the Office of Career Advancement & Networking lines up companies for placements at the Alliance University campus for its different programs. All this used to take place in the physical world. The placement cycle of 2021 has been no different except that hiring is taking place in the virtual world.

Companies from a wide stream of sectors such as technology, logistics, FMCG, insurance, consulting, banking, edtech, etc. have participated in the recruitment cycle of 2021. Companies are increasingly using digital platforms for recruitment over physical selection processes on campus to ensure that the best talent from Alliance University becomes a part of their workforce.

Like every year there is participation from new recruiters also. The festive time in India is also bringing in cheer for students as they prepare to embark on their professional journey. So far, about 50 companies have participated in the campus recruitment cycle of 2021. With the process of few companies in progress, the pipeline looks exciting.

Companies such as Adobe Systems, Calsoft, Deloitte, Factset, Hindustan Unilever, Infosys, Maersk, Oracle, Tata AIG, Tata Consultancy Services, to name a few are participating in the 2021 campus recruitment cycle.

Other aspects of industry engagement such as conferences, internships, industry expert sessions, leadership talks, etc. are also being hosted digitally.
