Dr. Basaralu Sudharshan

Dr Sudharshan, graduated in Mechanical Engineering from SIT, Tumkur, India and received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore University and PhD from VTU.

Before joining Alliance Dr Sudharshan served as Senior Vice President at Reliance Industries and also was Managing Director and Board Member of Edutech – Nettur Technical Training Foundation, ( NTTF from 2016-2024 ) leading Technical Education and Skilling across India. Dr. Sudharshan has been Spear heading Education, Skilling, Upskilling, Reskilling, Corporate training, apart from heading Post Graduate school.

He has over 30+ years of experience and service in Corporate and Education sector covering SKILLING, Employment and Lively hood, Operations management and supply chain management.

Living and working experience in Germany and USA for many years, at Senior Leadership level in companies like BOSCH, VOLVO, Knorr Bremse and BOMBARDIER. Sudharshan brings International expertise with valuable Industry and Academia network both in India and globally.
