The Alliance College of Engineering and Design offers four-year full time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree programs in seven branches and Doctoral programs in Engineering and Basic Sciences.
About the Department
The Mechanical Engineering Department at Alliance University conveys an instructive program of study that equips its students to become scholarly pioneers in the industry, government, and the scholarly community. Graduates in mechanical engineering are adept at designing innovations and technological advancements in the high-technology areas of mechanical systems, robotics, nanotechnology, and mechatronics, and are renowned for their generalist engineering expertise.
FDP - IEDM 2023
The technological trends of effective design & manufacturing strategies, design thinking, user centric design, product & markets, and business models around technological products are the focus of engineering design innovations. The FDP delineates multidisciplinary engineering design concepts and the management of critical resources for effective product development. The program disseminates knowledge for new products and startup creation, as well as prepares professionals to become effective design experts for tech organizations, with a focus on strategic design methodologies. This will be suitable for academics, UG, PG, Ph.D. students, and industry professionals who are actively involved in designing innovative products and services with a wide range of applications.
Eligibility for Participation
Faculty members, Ph.D. Research Scholars, PG and UG students from State/ Central Government/ Private Universities, and industry delegates from different countries are eligible to attend the international faculty development program.
