Mr. Shashank Kumar

Assistant Professor

Prof. Shashank Kumar is Assistant Professor and PhD candidate in Competition Law from Alliance University, Bengaluru, with interests in Corporate Law, Investment Law, Corporate Finance, Mercantile Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has decade of experience in legal academia, including working on contemporary law curriculum development. He has worked extensively in development of contemporary law curriculum and introduction of new subjects in the law curriculum as member of curriculum development committee at various leading universities. Kumar completed his LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from NLU, Jodhpur, and has participated in Moot Courts, conferences and dialogues. He is also a graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, where he completed BBA LL.B with business Law specialization and post graduate diploma in alternative dispute resolution.
