Prof. Rahul Mishra graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (H.P) in 2007. Thereafter he obtained an LL.M degree in Corporate Laws with special reference to International Business in the year 2009 from NALSAR University of Law, Justice City, Hyderabad. He also obtained a PG degree in English Literature (2004) from the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (H.P) before studying Law. His LL.M dissertation titled “GATS and Liberalization of Legal Services: Comparative Analysis in between US, UK and India” was adjudged the best comprehensive, analytical and thought provoking research ever done on the topic which helped him top the final semester examination of  his post-graduation (2007-2009). He has as of now many National/International Paper Presentations to his credit. He has also many paper Publications/Chapter Contributions in peer reviewed indexed journals and Edited Books and has also participated in several Faculty Development Programs / Workshops organized by reputed Law Universities/Law Institutions. He is also a member in the editorial boards of National Law Journals. He is pursuing PhD in Health Laws from Alliance University, Bangalore. He has previously been with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad as well as AMITY University (AUR) Rajasthan as a regular faculty member. His areas of interest include Public International Law, International Air and Space Law, Interpretation of Statutes, Health Laws, Law and Language, Law and Literature.
