Mr. Naren J

Prof. Naren J. is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering in the School of Engineering and Design at Alliance University.

Some of his comprehensive track records include: Assistant Professor, JAIN (Deemed-to-Be University), Bangalore; Senior Faculty, CSE, iNurture Education Private Limited; Doctoral Researcher, Freelancer, Mentor with Great Learning; Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Computing, SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

He completed his MCA from Anna University and his M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from SRM Deemed University in 2005 and 2007, respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. at Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science in Computer Science and Engineering with AI as his research area. He has 16 years of experience in the field of teaching.

His research interests include Brain Computing, Cognitive Science, Machine Learning, Semantic Web, Sentiment Analysis and Opinion Mining, Ontology Modeling and Mining, Spatial Data Mining, and Web Services. He has published 67 papers in international journals and conferences, serves as an editor for 22 international journals, and is a reviewer for 19 international journals. Additionally, he is a Technical Program Committee Member and Reviewer for 47 international conferences. He is an Associate Member of IEEE and serves as the Membership Chair for ACM. He is a Life Member of CSI and ISTE and a member of many professional bodies. He currently serves as the Student Branch Coordinator (SBC) of the Student Chapter of the Computer Society of India (CSI) at SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur. Prof. Naren has also guided 24 projects at the postgraduate level and 16 projects at the undergraduate level. At the School of Computing, he has organized numerous workshops, faculty development programs, seminars, and two international conferences. He has also served as a Session Chair for five international conferences and is the recipient of 18 awards.
