Ms. Monika Devi
Assistant Professor

Ms. Monika Devi is an academic and professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, business administration, and psychology. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from Anna University, Chennai, and recently completed her M.Sc. in Psychology from TNOU University in January 2024. She also holds an MBA in Finance from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University.
She brings a diverse range of teaching and training experiences. In 2024, she worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management Studies at Kongu Engineering College. Between 2018 and 2020, she focused on training students in management principles and preparing them for competitive examinations. Earlier, from 2016 to 2018, she served as a Technical Trainer at IVIZ Robotics, where she taught robotics to school and college students, contributing significantly to STEM education.
Ms. Monika Devi has also demonstrated academic excellence through her research, having received the Best Paper Award at the MRDC conference organized by IIFT Kolkata in 2024. Her unique combination of technical expertise, managerial insight, and psychological understanding positions her as a versatile educator and researcher.
