Ms. Mamatha N

Associate Professor

Ar. Mamatha N is a seasoned architect, academician, and researcher with over 21 years of experience in the field of architecture and design. She has been associated with globally reputed firms such as Atkins Global and MA Architects, where she worked on a range of national and international projects. As a Project Architect, she led multidisciplinary teams and delivered innovative design solutions, with a specialization in high-rise residential architecture. Her technical proficiency includes advanced construction technologies such as MI-ONE, MINE-E, and precast systems for high-rise structures.

Her diverse professional portfolio also includes significant contributions to healthcare, hospitality, corporate, and retail interior projects. Her ability to balance technical expertise with design sensitivity has been a hallmark of her practice.

In academia, she has served as an Associate Professor at leading institutions including Dayananda Sagar College of Architecture, BMS College of Architecture, and UVCE. She has taught core subjects such as Architectural Design, Urban Design, and Interior Design, and has mentored numerous students across various academic levels.

In addition to her academic and professional commitments, she collaborates with Epoch Architects, contributing to conceptual and design development.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from UVCE, Bangalore University, and a Master’s degree in Habitat Design from BMS College of Architecture. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Architecture at Christ University, Bangalore, focusing on fire safety in high-rise residential buildings.
