Mr. Kaushik Tapan Ghosh

Mr. Kaushik Tapan Ghosh is a Design Thinker, Keynote Speaker, and Research Practitioner. He holds a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Design (NID) in Ahmedabad and has post graduate diploma in ‘Digital Business Management’ from Columbia Business School, USA and ‘Strategic Management’ from IIM Lucknow, India.

He brings in 18 years of corporate & industry experience in the field of Human Centred Design of Technology Systems, Strategic Design-Led Future Studies and Innovation Management. His Work experience spans from global corporations & labs who develop digital products, services & systems such as Media Lab Asia (Media Lab MIT), HP Labs Asia, Hewlett Packard, Intel Research & Microsoft Research, HSBC, RBS, Intuit, Cisco & Honeywell Technology Solutions, India.

He has published a number of research papers in conferences such as ‘India CHI’ (West India chapter of ACM SIGCHI), ACM Conferences, IEEE Pervasive Computing Journal. He managed a program for Indo-European Systems Usability Partnership (IESUP) and have been a research assistant for a doctoral project for University of Washington, Seattle; and ID, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. Furthermore, he has managed international programs to promote industry-academia collaborations.
