Abhishek P. S. (known for his stage name: Abhishek Rangaprabhath) is a theatre practitioner and educator with extensive experience in theatre performance, curriculum design, and theatre pedagogy. He has completed his Post-Graduation in Theatre from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kerala. Worked as a Subject Committee Member for SCERT Kerala’s Art Education Textbook, Abhishek contributes to the development of the theatre curriculum for schools. He is currently pursuing PhD in the prestigious School of Drama and Fine Arts, Calicut University.
He also served as a Vajra Jubilee Fellow (Cultural Directorate, Government of Kerala). His theatre career started as a child artist in Rangaprabhath Children's Theatre,Kerala, and presently engaged in direction, design, acting training, theater in education facilitation, and curriculum development. As a theatre artist, he has participated in various National and International Theatre festivals.
He proposed Dual stage performance - A Novel Theatre Design through his directorial venture, To and Fro (2021).
