Dr. Y. Narasimha Raja is a distinguished international trainer, psychologist, author, coach, mentor, motivational speaker, counsellor, and subject matter expert in his domain. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resource Management and possesses an impressive academic portfolio that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Psychology, Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Tourism Management (MTM), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He is a Commissioned Officer holding the rank of Lieutenant in the NCC Army Wing, having successfully completed his training at the Officers Training Academy, Kamptee under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

With over 22 years of rich professional experience spanning corporate and academic sectors in India and abroad, Dr. Raja has served as Lead HR in various global corporations before transitioning to the field of higher education, where he held senior leadership roles, including Head of HR. His contributions have been recognized with several prestigious accolades, including the Best HR Practitioner Certification from CIDC (under NITI Aayog), the National Prime Author Award by Fox Clues, and the India Influencer Award for Best Corporate Trainer in Learning & Development by The Crazy Tales. He has also earned accolades for HR Operational Excellence, Systems and Process Innovations, and holds a notable certification in Indian Management Styles from Bangalore University.

Dr. Raja has been honoured with the Best Citizen Award by the Andhra Pradesh Police and has represented India in South Asian Youth Camps, reflecting his commitment to national service and youth development. A prolific author, he has published 21 books, many of which hold official copyrights from the Government of India, and has authored several peer-reviewed research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC Care journals. His academic leadership includes organizing national and international conferences, guiding Ph.D. scholars, conducting Faculty and Management Development Programs, and actively leading NCC activities, including mentoring cadets and achieving best merit results in B and C Certificate examinations.
