Dr. Ravi Sankar A is an accomplished educator and professional with over 29 years of combined experience across academia, human resource management, organizational development, counselling psychology, and technical training. His distinguished career spans the Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence, and several universities and professional institutions, reflecting a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and academic excellence. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Sri Satya Sai University of Technology & Medical Sciences, Sehore (MP), where his research focused on “Effects of Personality Factors and Classroom Climates on the Performance and Achievements of Students.” His diverse academic background includes an MBA in Human Resource Management (IGNOU), M.Sc. in Psychology (University of Madras), M.A. in English (Annamalai University), and a Degree in Engineering from the Indian Air Force. He has contributed significantly to both industry and academia, with:

• 25+ years of professional/industry experience,
• 4+ years of teaching experience, and
• 10+ years as a counselling psychologist.

He has published three research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, two edited books with ISBNs, and presented at multiple international conferences. His work emphasizes holistic education, emotional intelligence, and personality development. Earlier working as a Senior Psychologist at the Training & Research Academy for Career Excellence, Dr. Ravisankar is deeply committed to guiding students and professionals toward personal growth and career excellence. He is widely recognized for his innovative teaching approach, empathetic counselling, and leadership in academic and organizational development.
