Dr. Joseph Ronald Roche

Associate Professor

Dr. Joseph Roche brings over two decades of corporate work experience in senior leadership positions with organizations such as Reliance Communications Ltd., Modi Xerox Ltd. – Xerox India & DHL Worldwide Express.  He also has exposure to academic administration in Higher Education as Controller of Examinations in a renowned Autonomous College in Bangalore. For the last ten years, he has been engaged in business consultancy primarily focusing on commercial project management in the infrastructure sector (institutional buildings). His research interest is in the area of employer branding, consumer behavior, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Joseph completed his MBA from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, sponsored by Xerox India for high potential employees, and has obtained a Ph.D. from Alliance University, Bangalore.
