Dr. Ashok Sarabu

Dr. S. Ashok received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from VIT University, Vellore. He holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTU Anantapur and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from JNTU Anantapur. His research interests include Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Action Recognition, Video Classification, and Machine Learning.

He has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences indexed in Scopus and SCI, covering areas such as human action recognition using Deep Learning, Machine Learning.

With prior academic and industry experience, Dr. Ashok has contributed to both teaching and research at institutions like BVIRT Hyderabad, VIT University and KKIT college. Prior to working with Alliance University, he was serving as Assistant Professor at BVRIT Hyderabad, where he has also coordinated major and minor projects, placements, and academic initiatives such as Virtual Labs integration and NPTEL course facilitation. He has been recognized with multiple Active SPOC Awards from NPTEL and has actively reviewed international conference papers.
