Dr. Abishek Santhosh Raj

Dr. Abishek Santhosh Raj is a passionate educator in the field of marketing, with a strong foundation in both academia and corporate training. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Madras, where his research focused on employee advocacy from a marketing perspective. He is UGC NET certified in management and received his MBA (Marketing) Degree from the University of Mysore. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.

Dr. Raj’s research interests lie at the intersection of branding, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour. He has published in reputed journals such as Journal of product and brand management and South Asian journal of business studies, contributing to the academic community’s understanding of management.

In addition to his academic role, Dr. Raj is an accomplished corporate and campus trainer. He has conducted soft-skills and communication training for thousands of students and professionals across India, delivering motivational talks and workshops with energy and insight.
