The Festival spaces cannot be utilized for any kind of promotional activity without prior permission from the Festival Team.
Entry to a specific venue or an event will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and therefore your registration itself does not guarantee you an assured seat in any of the individual sessions, plenaries, or events.
During the Festival, the attendee shall not incite hatred towards any community or individuals including the speakers and other attendees.
The Festival Team reserves the right to deny entry or to expel anyone from any event or venue if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
The registration does not include food, beverages, or memorabilia. They will have to be paid for separately.
Registrations cannot be cancelled, and the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The Festival Team reserves the right to change or alter the schedule or a session at any given time.
The Festival Team will not be responsible for the safekeeping of the belongings of the attendees.
All attendees are required to always carry the proof of registration or ticket along with a valid photo ID.
Institutional or group registrations must be made in advance for availing transport facilities and other perks.
All Covid related protocols have to be followed as may be in force at the time of the Festival.
