Alliance University, Bangalore hosted the preliminary selections of Dell’s Talent Tour, which was held on September 16, 2011. An initiative by the global corporation, the talent show explored skills and talents among MBA students from Alliance University, School of Business. The event drew enthusiastic participation from twenty one students who represented the School. The competition included events that assessed participants on multi-dimensional parameters such as personal appearance and grooming, personality traits, confidence and articulation, creative talents, and innovation and technology awareness. The competition conducted the preliminary rounds of selection, where three students from the School of Business were eventually selected to go to next stage and compete in the final round. Overall, the event received overwhelming response and instilled in participants a keen sense of competitive intensity.
